Highly versatile and rich in wabi-sabi charm, the jute twist is hand-woven with sustainable fibers. The textured, finely woven pile feels incredible underfoot and works perfectly as a standalone piece or paired with an antique rug.
Every rug in this collection has been handwoven in India by highly skilled, GoodWeave-certified artisans.
Pile: Low Material: 90% jute, 10% cotton Care: Spot treat spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth, and pair with the recommended rug pad to improve durability and prevent slipping.
Due to the way these rugs are shipped (on rolls), delivery is only available within the US and is subject to shipping fees. See the 'Shipping' section below for details.
DETAILS
Our rugs are traditionally handcrafted in wool on wool or wool on cotton, unless otherwise noted. In both cases, care is the same; we recommend professional cleaning for overall care and Folex for gentle spot treatment.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All of our rugs are professionally shampooed prior to shipping. When you first unroll your rug, there might be some loose fibers that have dried after washing. This is perfectly normal and nothing a quick vacuum won’t solve.
SHIPPING
Due to the way our contemporary rugs are woven, they're shipped on rolls rather than folded. As a result, these rugs are only available for shipping within the US. A $30 shipping fee is applied to smaller sizes (6' x 9' or under) and $100 to larger sizes (8' x 10' and over).
Items are shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or FedEx and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Multiple items within the same order may not arrive together.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation.
Please note that all purchases made during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

ABOUT FRANCES LOOM
Frances Loom began in 2014. Born out of a love for design and with the hope of creating spaces that feel collected, layered, and full of soul.
Early days at flea markets and an allergy to all things boring led us to our current FL offering - historical, one-of-a-kind pieces, unique collections from artisans we love and occasionally some bits of our own making. From furniture to art, candles, cushions and of course, antique rugs, every single thing we sell is something we would have (or DO have) in our own homes.
We believe the best spaces are built layer by layer, collected over time with pieces that tell a story. The heart of it all - helping you feel in love with your home, over and over again.
