 When will my order ship?

All items that are in stock will ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation. 

Can I modify my order? 

If we have not yet shipped your original order, please place a further order and contact us as soon as possible. If your original order has yet to be processed, we will combine the two and refund shipping where possible. 

What size rug should I get?

What size rug pad do I need?

You will see a recommended rug pad beside every rug. This is based on the size and thickness of the piece. For further details, please visit our rug pads collection

What size pillow insert should I get?

We recommend an insert 2" larger than the pillowcase. Please contact us if you need a hand finding one.

What kind of antique condition should I expect?

As the majority of our products are antique items, they're one-of-a-kind and often slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Everything is thoroughly inspected to ensure our high-quality standards are met, and our prices are a reflection of the condition of each item. 

RUGS
Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall size (up to 2-3" in length and width) are normal characteristics within antique rugs. Imperfections of this nature are not considered defects. 

COLOR
All of our products are photographed in good, natural light to accurately portray the colors of the item. However, because every device displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it's displayed on your screen
