All items that are in stock will ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation. |
| Can I modify my order? |
If we have not yet shipped your original order, please place a further order and contact us as soon as possible. If your original order has yet to be processed, we will combine the two and refund shipping where possible. |

| What size rug pad do I need? |
You will see a recommended rug pad beside every rug. This is based on the size and thickness of the piece. For further details, please visit our rug pads collection. |
| What size pillow insert should I get? |
We recommend an insert 2" larger than the pillowcase. Please contact us if you need a hand finding one. |
