All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FedEx ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Multiple items within the same order may not arrive together.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation.

Customs & Duties:
International customers (CA and Rest of World) are responsible for any Customs and Duties charges.
UK Customers - Once your package arrives in the UK, it is handed over to Parcelforce. You can use the tracking number we provided in your Shipping Confirmation email to track your item on the Parcelforce website.

HERITAGE, HEIRLOOM & FADED RUGS
Heritage, Heirloom, and Faded rugs are returnable within 7 days of receipt unless purchased during a sale or with a discount code. In this case, they are FINAL SALE*.
Please do not make a return without our go ahead - once notified, we will provide shipping details.
To return your Heritage, Heirloom or Faded rug, please follow these steps:
- Inform us that you would like to return the rug within 7 days of receipt. If we have not been informed within this period we cannot accept your return.
- Arrange your delivery with a reliable courier and cover the cost of this yourself. We will not pay for your return shipping or refund your original shipping charge.
- Return your rug in the original packaging or source packaging of an equivalent standard.
